North Phoenix From Desert To Life.

The Real Estate Vision

North Phoenix was  a smaller area than it is today, as the city of Phoenix has expanded over the years. I have seen it grow.

Early North Phoenix Homebuilders

Del E. Webb Corporation: Del E. Webb was a prominent homebuilder and developer in Arizona, and was involved in the development of several communities in North Phoenix, including Sun City and Youngtown.

Ross Brown: Ross Brown was an early developer in North Phoenix, and was involved in the development of several subdivisions and communities in the area.

William Levitt: William Levitt was an American real estate developer who was known for popularizing the concept of mass-produced housing. He was involved in the development of several communities in North Phoenix, including Moon Valley.

Homebuilder Spotlight: John F. Long

I actually grew up in a John F. Long Home.

John F. Long was a prominent homebuilder and developer in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born in Kansas in 1915 and later moved to Phoenix where he started his own building company, John F. Long Homes, in the 1940s. He is known for building affordable homes for working-class families, and for his innovative building techniques and use of modern materials.

Long was instrumental in shaping the growth and development of Phoenix, and was responsible for building many of the city’s early subdivisions and communities. He was also involved in various philanthropic endeavors, including the creation of the John F. Long Foundation, which provides support for education and other charitable causes.

Today, John F. Long Homes is still a well-known and respected builder in the Phoenix area, and his legacy continues to be felt in the communities he helped to build and the families he helped to provide homes for.

Great Views. Amazing homes. Phoenix.

Challenges in Selling North Phoenix Real Estate

  1. Market Competitiveness:
The hot market means sellers need to differentiate their homes from similar listings, particularly against new construction.
  2. Affordability Concerns:
Rising home prices in desirable areas may deter some buyers or require creative financing solutions.
  3. Seasonal Trends:
Buyers often follow seasonal patterns in Phoenix, with the winter months seeing an influx of interest from snowbirds and out-of-state relocations.

Armand’s Selling Strategy

  • Leverage Local Expertise: Armand would use her deep knowledge of the Phoenix market to educate both buyers and sellers on market trends and pricing strategies.
